| Tom is a Fed. So DC is his second office. The DC Metro system has 5 colored lines going out to Maryland and Virgina. Outer stations have one line and are therefore less resource rich staions with 2 lines and a little better of. 3 stations have 3 or more lines and are the most resource rich. The suburbs have decided to go to war to get thier share of the DC metro. Capture all of the stations to become transit lord.
