EMPEROR OF ROME Hopefully you've enjoyed playing both Rise of Rome and Fall of Rome. Emperor of Rome attempts to play out the civil war incited by Julius Caesar's rebellion. The Roman Julii will not back down from senate threats. The Roman Brutii have empirical ambitions of their own, and the Dacians, former friends of Rome, now turn upon Rome itself, sensing easy pickings with the coming civil war.
