Unable to agree on time zone standards, 3 major groups rise up against the Governor. Will you choose Wayne in the efforts to standardize on Eastern Time Zone, Gary for Central Time Zone or choose the route of the rebels in the south, who don't have a set plan yet, other than to dominate? Overcoming the Governor will be no easy task as he has more funding, more support and superior troops. Additional Notes: Gold was generated for each county based on actual 2000 population census, smallest counties getting 1, largest getting 9. Stone was generated based on land size, smallest counties getting 0, largest counties getting 5. Metal was generated using an average of gold and stone. Values were manually typed in for each county.
